Long ago, the Spartan tribe, once a proud warrior race, was granted knighthood under the Empire’s rule and reborn as the Count of Spartan family. Adored by her father and admired by all, she was expected to prove her might by defeating a dragon barehanded as part of her coming-of-age ceremony. “Do you think I’d ever stand by and watch you prance around in a dress like some doll?”
“That’s too cruel, Father! Don’t look down on the proud young ladies of the Empire!”
After a heated argument with her father, Macaron finally set off for the debutante ball in a carriage. But the place she arrived in her elegant dress wasn’t the Spring Palace, it was a dragon’s lair in the wilderness!?
“Stay back, it’s dangerous!”
